73 percent of the management personnel and 56 percent of the Germans CFO believe that the efficiency of procurement is the fundamental key for any strategy for reduction of costs. In the year 2002 every second (51%) assumed, that it needed at least only two up to three years, where all enterprises must have a strategy for procurement and purchase over internet.
